I have no idea where this one was situated at present and have only found two references to it at present, one instant in 1798 it was inspected by the Ale Conners as serving ale of inferior quality. perhaps that was the nail in its coffin.

To be Sold by Auction, by Henry Minter, on Wednesday, August 18th, 1790, between the hours of 4 and 5 o'clock at the sign of the "Harlequin," in Faversham.

The Smack John and James, together with her masts, yards, sales, ropes, anchors, dredgers, &c, as she no lies at the "Kings Head key, Faversham. She is of an easy draught of water and has lately had a good repair. She may be view previous to the sale, by applying to the auctioneer, Faversham.

Wee the Ale Conners have made sirch and found on Sep 11 at the House of Wm Feakens at the "Flowerdeluce," the Bear [sic - beer] very week stale and thick, not fit for the body of men.

Likewise in Sep 12 at the House of Wm Black at the "Herliquin" the bear was so week thick and sower wee could not drinck it at all.
