This is the sister venue to the "King Charles Hotel" in Gillingham.

The family run hotel is set in 12 acres of woodland, and has stunning views across the two lakes and although relatively close to the M2 are surprisingly tranquil and relaxing.

The hotel boasts 80 comfortable guest rooms (many of them with direct access to the 2 beautiful lakes and surrounding woodland) offering luxurious en-suite bathrooms, colour satellite television, direct dial telephone, tea & coffee making facilities and hairdryer,. A Fully licensed bar, conference facilities and a unique banqueting room with a 180º panoramic view of the lakes and fountain.

 Classed as a hotel today this venue is only open to residents and guests. However, this is also one of the venues managed by the Thameside Works Angling Preservation Society (TWAPS) which can supply tickets for its members to fish here. https://twaps.co.uk

Previously known as the "Laughing Waters Motor Inn," the first building being erected in 1932, but many alterations and extensions have been undertaken since.
