Changed from "Quigley's" in 1992, this is now operating as a restaurant and also incorporates number 108, the building to the right as well as 110, the old "London Hotel" premises. I also believe it is also known as a nightclub during the evenings.

A huge fire in July 2001, put this out of action, but it was reported to have been renovated and opened again under this new name by December 2021.

It now operates under the name of Nelly Gurkins, an Irish themed bar in the long bar in the building to the right, and a nightclub upstairs offering music event.
