Just the one instant of this found to date, but being for sale in 1773 it probable didn't sell on as a public house, or perhaps changed name.

To be let and entered on immediately.

A very commodious and convenient public house, known by the name of the "Noah's Ark" in Strood, near Rochester Bridge, which has been a house of established custom time immemorial.

For particulars inquire of Mr. Richard Bridgeland, present occupier, who will show the premises.

The Stock-in-Trade, Household Goods, &c, to be taken at a fair appraisement.

The house is not within the liberty of the city of Rochester.
