Further details tell me that this has more or less always been an off-license over the years, but with many name changes. Obviously "Sherriff's" but also "Knotts" off-license and wool shop, "Plumb's" grocery at one time and also "Lucky 7" from at least between 2009 and 2012, and by 2017 a cafe/cake shop.
