TO BE SOLD BY AUCTION, By Messrs. FLASMAN and CO, AT Goodwin’s "Pier Hotel," Clarence Place, DOVER, (By order of the Mortgagee under a Power of Sale) on THURSDAY, the 8th day of April, 1847, at Two for Three o'clock in the afternoon precisely, in one Lot: All that valuable FREEHOLD ESTATE, situate at Bulwark Hill, in the Pier at DOVER.
