Furlong and son have received instructions from the owner in consequence of extensive structural alterations about to be made, to sell by auction without reserve, on Monday, June 22nd, 1903, at 12 noon, on the premises as above, the entire contents of 20 bedrooms, 5 sitting rooms, coffee rooms, bar, wine cellar, etc, comprising:- 14 satin walnut chamber suits, modern bedsteads, japanned furniture and appurtenance, blankets, sheets, towels, pillow slips, Brussels, tapestry and other carpets, foreign rugs, 6 divan club chairs, settee, over-mantels, a carved suites in leather, sideboards, board-room table, 50 bent wood chairs, 10 covered tables, china and glass, table linen, 20 dozen wine and spirits, cutlery, plates, kitchen utensils, wine baskets, etc. etc.
