Only the one instance of this found so far and being sold in 1774, so whether it continued as a public house after that date is unknown. However, I do have reference to a "White Hart."

To be sold.

A messuage called the "White Bear," with a Stables, Outhouses and Garden, thereunto belonging; situate and being at Greenhithe, in the parish of Swanscombe, in the county of Kent, and now in the possession of John Durrant.
