Not a lot known regarding this one, and only one mention found to date from a "Description of Enumeration District" document from 3 October 1851. The document stated the following:- All the part of the Parish of Whitstable comprehended within the District from the "Reform" Public House to the Bottom of Harbour Street including the old Sea Wall.
