Originally known as the "Railway Tavern," I believe this changed name to "Savilles" some time after 1977, then the "Dog & Duck," again date unknown, by 2008 just the "Duck," and in 2015 as "Hawkins Forge" as the premises was originally a blacksmiths workshop.

If anyone has a picture of it under this guise, I'd appreciate being able to show that image above.
