This was also found in a list of outlets for Alfred Leney, so must predate 1926.

Supplied by Alfred Leney Co Ltd, who bought out Thomas Walker's Phoenix Brewery in 1859 and registered as such in 1896, until bought out by Fremlin Brothers brewery of Maidstone in 1926, brewing at the Dover brewery ceased in 1927, which later passed to Whitbread.

However the area has been redeveloped, date unknown. I believe the Off Licence would have been to the left of the picture as street numbering indicates the lower numbers at this end, and the other side of the road is the back entrances, although I could be wrong.
