COURT OF BANKRUPTCY. Sept. 5.

Before Mr. Commissioner Fane.

In Re-Redin Kay. — The bankrupt carried on the "Red Lion," Duke-street, Manchester square, and the "Black Horse," Rushey Green, Lewisham. The bankrupt had been in prison for some tune at Maidstone. The solicitor for the assignees offered no objection to the bankrupt passing. It was a miserable estate, and the probability was that the assignees would even have to pay the expenses of the bankruptcy. But they were aware that the bankrupt had serious difficulties to contend with, which compelled him to mortgage all his property.

Passed. Protection was granted.
