Obviously one of the military refreshment rooms, and reference so far only found in 1858. Location as yet unknown, but would have been in the barracks. Local knowledge required thanks.

FALSE WEIGHTS AND MEASURES.

The following persons were fined, with costs, upon informations by Messrs. John and John W. Farmer, inspectors of weights and measures, Straight’s-mouth. Greenwich:—

John Waite, "Royal Marine Canteen," Woolwich, 5 measures, fined 10s.
