Above showing both side of the token stamped Thomas Bullock and a Bull's Head.

 

This is more likely a public house called the "Bull's Head". These tokens were popular for such establishments during the 17th century, and were used to pay for good in the establishment named.

There are a few other pubs known in the Canterbury area with the name of the "Bull" and this may be connected to one of those.
