Above half-penny showing the shield of the Grocer's Arms and stating ALLEXANDER HART, dated 1667 and on the other side stamped HIS HALF PENY 1667.

This is more than likely not a public house but just a shop such as a tobacconists or candle makers or indeed grocer.

The Arms possibly being the Guild Crest and not Arms as is public house, but these tokens were popular for both types of establishments during the 17th century, and were used to pay for goods in the premises named.
