18 ???? Royal Tunbridge Wells
Currently, nothing known about this one, other than what's in shot in this Edwardian publicity photograph. Says Santer late Hunter's, so I will assume it was formerly known as Santer's Commercial Hotel and Restaurant. I have the number 18 as well, but no full address unfortunately. Local knowledge required.
