57 Mount Ephraim Royal Tunbridge Wells
Built in 1898 as Mount Ephriam Mansions, this was an hotel by 1914 known as the Marlborough House Hotel and run by a Miss Bowen. The building next to it with the crenellations on top is numbered 54-55 and was known as the Bella Vista lodging house run by Edmund Chapman in the 1930s. Today (2023) the left hand side numbered 57 looks like flats and the right, numbered 56 is known as Beaumont House.
