Above showing both sides of the farthing token dated 1658.

 

Nothing known about this, not even whether it was actually used inside a public house, but the above half-penny token has been found and stamped Biddenden with the name Alexander Homesby, no date but these were popular in the 17th century and local establishments used to to mint their own currency which could be used at the premises.
