Above token saying RICHARD IEN HIS HALF around a horseshoe on one side and PENNY OF CHATHAM 1668 on the other.

 

Not sure whether this was a public house or not, location unknown. Could have belonged to a farfier or horse-dealer

The Arms shown could just be a Guild Crest and not Arms as is public house, as these tokens were popular for both types of establishments during the 17th century, and were used to pay for goods in the premises named.
