Only one instance of this found at present, and obviously the tap to a brewery, probably Russell's Gravesend Brewery that opened in West Street in 1858, taken over by Truman's in 1932. Or perhaps Walker & Sons Ltd Wellington Brewery, in Wellington Street from 1780 till 1905 when it was taken over by Charrington & Co in 1905.
