This is another one that can't stay still or with the same name for long. Earliest incantation was as "Yates" unles anyone knows of anything previous. It was certainly open as the "Que Pasa" in 2007, but in 2008 it had changed name to the "Cuban, Pub and Club," by 2012 it was operating as the "Wells Kitchen Pub and Dining." By 2015 it was under the name of the "Pure Bar and Restaurant" and by 2016 it became the "Moo Moo Bar, Club and Disco," to give it its full name.
