Baker's Arms half-penny token of Pines Kite 1670

Above showing both side of the half-penny token stamped PINES KITE around a shield or Arms of the Baker on one side and IN DOVER 1670 around HIS HALF PENY over P K M on the other.

 

This one may not refer to a public house or beerhouse, but could refer to simply a bakers, and the references to the names could have been different premises as well.

A couple of tokens being found and showing the following inscription:- "IOHN. HAYNES. BAKER = The Bakers' Arms. IN. DOVER. 1655 = I.E.H."

Another being found but with no date stating:- "IAMES. HOMARD = The Bakers' Arms. BAKER. IN. DOVER = I.E.H."
