Information taken from the above web site says the following:- "Dragon was the champagne bar of the Bistro Viet Nam restaurant tucked away on White Horse Lane. It was separate, upstairs, from the restaurant, and you didn't need to eat if you don't want to. The drinks weren't that cheap, but it was a nice little place nonetheless, with a pleasant quiet atmosphere if you were looking for an alternative to the noisy city centre pub scene."

The premises is now operating as the "Foundry" and is brewing its own beer. I do not yet know when the change took place.
