Rose and Crown

Another one from Rory Kehoe who says the following:- Sent to me as "Folkestone - c.1905" but there isn't an "Rose and Crown" there. Tried a few obvious options but drew a blank. I can't read the carrier's name/town on the nearest wagon but it might be Baildon? (Yorkshire) or Basildon? (Essex) in which case not in Kent.

Well, that is unless they made a delivery of course.
