Another one from Rory Kehoe, who suggests this is probably from the Maidstone area.

The Isherwood, Foster and Stacy brewery, were of course housed in the Lower Stone Street of Maidstone and were acquired by Fremlins in 1929 with their then 151 tied houses. Like most take over's, the brewery was subsequently closed and the brewery demolished for fear of someone opening it up again.

No sooner had I put this up on the internet than Michael Mirams came back to me with the answer. It's the "Castle Hotel" in Maidstone. The lamp outside gives it away.
