MARGATE?

The above sign, date unknown, obviously from the Charington brewery, but where was the pub?

Brian Curtis of the http://www.innsignsociety.com/ sent me this one, saying that the date is unfortunately not known, but that it has been documented as being in Margate. That is certainly not one that is known to me in that area.

Nearest I can get is "Jolson's Party Bar" in Folkestone, between 1990 and 2011, but I'm pretty sure this is not that one.
