Medway Wheelers 1942

Just been sent this one, and at present I haven't a clue which pub this could be. Any contenders, the windows may help?

Hello again. I said I would look through Dad's box of photos for any of pubs. I found just the one which I have attached. It's from a wallet of snaps marked Medway Wheelers (cycling group). I think he was in membership until about 1942. This would be from one of their Sunday runs out of Chatham or camping weekends at Leysdown/Sheerness. I've just posted it to Medway History so will let you know if anyone comes forward with a name/names. Dad took the photo and developed it himself.
