One from Roger Saunders this time, who says the following:- "Hi, I have recently been given this postcard but hours of internet searching I can not seem to find where it is, any clues would be much appreciated best regards Roger Saunders."

Michael Mirams to the rescue again, he says that it is the "Red House" in Emmanuel Road, Hastings, Sussex, and says it closed in the 1950s.
