Duchess of Edinburgh.

The above photo, date unknown it is suggested is named the "Duchess of Edinburgh" and had the name William Oulton on the side of the building. The only "Duchess of Edinburgh" I have reference to is is Welling, but it doesn't look like this one. Also the "Duchess of Edinburgh" in Chatham. I don't have reference to a William Oulton either.

Further information tells me that this is actually located at 115 Great Suffolk Street, in Southwark, so not a Kent pub.
