Reculver

I have evidence of similar looking drums being, at one time, stored in the Fordwich Town Hall.

The name the "Old Kent Horse" shown on the windows was a brand of Scotch and Irish Whiskies sold at the time, certainly through Rigden's tied houses, but perhaps others as well.

Michael Mirams to the rescue again, and says, "looks like the old "Fordwich Arms" in Fordwich, judging by the weatherboarding and the little window; would tie in with the drums."
