Rochester

This one has been sent to me by Tony Wells, via a Rob Stevenson, CAMRA member of the Brighton and South Downs Branch, who says the following:- I attach a pic I took when visiting a tiny bar in Rochester perhaps as long ago as 1980 (not sure of the exact year) in the hope that someone might recognise the place or barman.

I am clearing out old photos and thought I'd try to learn more about this lovely friendly bar, before dumping the picture.

So, over to you, does anyone recognise it?

Suggestions coming in say it's the "King's Head" wine bar, which was next door to the "King's Head" in the High Street and later became the "Jolly Knight." Bill Vincent is the barman.
