The above sign was taken in the 1990s, and the location was said to be Faversham.

However, I have seen no records of a pub in that area with that name.

Does anyone know where this pub sign came from?

Michael Mirams suggests that it  could possibly be the former pub of that name at Grafty Green - not necessarily the Faversham area, I know, but this was a Courage house in its latter days. "Pig and Whistle, Grafty Green."
