Charing?

The photograph is from 1893 and information indicates that it is located on Chart Street, however, it is suggested it is in the Charing area, but Rory Kehoe doesn't think it looks like Charing.

Looks like Michael Mirams has done it again. He says this pub is the "Black Dog" at Great Chart.
