On Wednesday, August 9th, 1837, at One o'Clock, (unless previously disposed of by Private Contract,) the following FREEHOLD ESTATES, late the property of GEORGE GARRETT, Esq. deceased.

Lot 1. One individual third part of a Freehold MESSUAGE or TENAMENT, with the Blacksmith's Forge, Oathouse, Yard and right of Quay, Land, and Ground thereunto belonging, situate in Strand Street, in the Parish of St. Peter the Apostle, in he Town and Port of Sandwich, in the county of Kent, and called or known by the name of the "New Rose Inn," and now in full trade.
