Hopefully, a different pub from the "South Foreland," also in Beach Street, but only reference I have to this establishment to date is from a mention in the Deal, Walmer and Sandwich Telegram of 1858.

 

From the Deal, Walmer and Sandwich Telegram, 4th August, 1858.

A complaint had been received of the dangerous state of the covering to the cellar of the "North Foreland" public house in Beach Street and it was agreed to inspect it.
