DOVER AND FOLKESTONE.
TO LET, with immediate possession, a neat and compactly fitted up
small INN, situated in one of the principal streets in DOVER, where
there are three Lodges held weekly. Incoming about £200. The
Proprietor is leaving owing to his bad state of health.

Builder, No, 8. St. James’s-street, Dover.
Also, a very capital FREE INN, with excellent stabling, situated in
one of the principal streets in FOLKESTONE, where, the Excise Office
is held, Rent moderate, incoming can be redeemed to £100; and the
most satisfactory reasons will be given for the present tenant
leaving.

DEATH.
Oct. 10, at Tyler Hill, Mr. J. Bean, of the "Locomotive" beerhouse,
near the Canterbury and Whitstable Railway, aged 69.
