The building was once known as the "County Hotel and Tudor Bar" but is now operating as the "Abode Hotel." I know it was this in 2011, but don't know how long before that or indeed exactly when it changed name. Local knowledge needed here. Apparently the bar area inside is known as "Michael Caines Champagne and Cocktail Bar," where the bar staff are known as mixologists(!) but I don't think Michael Cain ever visited the place. (And not a lot of people know that.)
