Looked a bit dim from Google in May 2014.

The building can be traced back to 1801.

Michael Mirams tells me the pub closed in 2013 and is being converted into a residential property.

However, it looks like it opened again as a pub and by 2024, operating as a hotel with 8 guest bedrooms, as well as bar open to the public.

DEATH.

On the 12th inst., at Ramsgate, Mr. George King, of the "Falstaff Tavern," Ramsgate.

Though we have no theatre or assemblies in Ramsgate to amuse our visitors, yet, those who delight in the beauties of natural history, there is at the "Falstaff Inn," Addington Place, a museum which is replete with birds, beasts, reptiles, ancient coins, and rare and curious prints, M.S.S., &c. This museum is free to the public at all hours of the day, and the worthy landlord Mr. Sturges, whose urbanity and intelligence are proverbial, feels great pleasure in describing the various unique specimens to his visitors.
