HOWE'S BANKRUPTCY.
THE Commissioners in a Fiat in Bankruptcy, bearing date the 22d day
of September, 1835, awarded and issued forth against FRANCIS HOWE,
of MARGATE, in the Isle of Thanet, in the county of Kent, hotel
keeper, wine merchant, dealer, and chapman, intend to meet on the
28th day of September instant, at Six o’clock in the evening, at the
"London Hotel," Margate aforesaid, in order to audit the accounts of
the Assignees of the estate and Effects of the said Bankrupt, under
the said fiat, pursuant to an Act of Parliament made and passed in
the sixth year of the reign of his late Majesty King George the
Fourth, intituled an Act to amend the Laws relating to Bankrupts.
And the said Commissioners also intend to meet on the following day,
at Ten of the clock in the forenoon, and at the same place, in order
to make a final Dividend of the estate and effects of the said
Bankrupt; when and where the creditors who have not already proved
their debts are to come prepared to prove the same, or they will be
excluded the benefit of the said dividend; and all claims not then
proved will be disallowed.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the adjourned MEETING for proof of
Debts, and Bankrupt's examination, will beheld at the "London
Hotel," in MARGATE, on FRIDAY NEXT, the 4th day of FEBRUARY, at
Seven o’clock in the evening.

LONDON HOTEL, MARGATE.
The whole of the Modem and useful Household Furniture, 120 ozs. of
Plate, Bracket Clocks, Linen, Capital Patent Mangle, and other
Effects, of the above Hotel, WILL BE SOLD BY AUCTION. BY MR. J.
STANER, (Under a Deed of Assignment),
ON THURSDAY and FRIDAY, 27th and 28th of November, 1851, at Ten for
Eleven o'clock precisely each day, on the Premises. "LONDON HOTEL,"
in HAWLEY SQUARE:
Comprising in the Bed Rooms—17 prime goose-feather beds; mahogany
pillar 4-post, tent, French, and sofa bedsteads and hangings; hair
and wool mattresses, palliasses, blankets, counterpanes, and quilts;
mahogany double and single chests of drawers, dressing glasses and
tables, superior double washstand, with drawers and rising glass;
mahogany and painted single ditto and chamber services; commodes,
bidets, rush and cane-seat chairs, towel horses, &c. &c.
In the Sitting Rooms, &c.— Brussels and Kidderminster carpets,
druggets, and rugs; mahogany dining, Pembroke, breakfast, card, and
other tables; superior mahogany, sofas and couch, in satin-hair
cloth; sets of mahogany, cane-seat, and polished Windsor chairs;
chimney and pier glasses; mahogany sideboards; cast and brass
fenders and fire sets; French clock with shade; stout mahogany
coffee-room tables; superior mahogany bookcase, with secretaire and
drawers; two eight day bracket clocks, one ditto in case, 120 ounces
of MODERN PLATE , variety of excellent plated articles, valuable oil
painting and a few prints, dinner and tea services, useful
assortment of glass, cruets and cruet stands; a variety of useful
copper articles, kitchen requisites, bottle racks, quantity of
bottles, &c. &c. Also a valuable Encyclopaedia.
On view one day prior to and on the Mornings of each day of sale,
and catalogues had on the Premises, and of the Auctioneer. 48,
