Transfer of License.

Before the Sandwich Bench of Magistrates, on Monday, when there were present R. Harrison, sen, J. L. Drayson, J. Dorman, and R. L. Harrison, Esqs., an application was made by William Kennett for the transfer of the license of the "Sandwich Arms," Princes-street, Ramsgate, to William Thompson.

Are favoured with instructions to sell by auction, at the "Bull and George Hotel," Ramsgate, on Thursday, April 15th, 1875, at three for four o'clock in the afternoon, the following desirables Freehold Property, in Five Lots.

Lot 1. The substantially built and centrally situate Free Inn, known as the "Sandwich Arms, Princes Street, Ramsgate, having street frontage 27 feet and 24 feet, and containing bar, bar parlour, private entrance, and front parlour, kitchen and cellar; on first floor - sitting room, bedroom, large store room, and w.c.; on second floor - four bedrooms; small yard, w.c., and entry at rear. Gas and water are laid on, and the premises have a full license. It is at present in the occupation of Mr. Thompson, and a very reduced rent, in consideration of the tenant undertaking all repairs.
