At an auction of 1859, a dwelling known as the "Steamboat", with a lease of 61 years from April 1834, was offered with a sub-lease of 7 years from 1855. At one time the title had changed from "Steamboat" to the "Young Prince of Wales".

 

Certainly the "Steamboat" from 1823 to 1839.
