Opened in 2004, this has a cellar bar off the Southcliff Hotel near to the Leas Cliff Hall. There is also an outdoor deck at street level.

At present I do not know when the premises opened. Any help would be appreciated.

Not sure when this one closed, but after 2014 and used for residential purposes. (2023).
