Only traced from the licensees so far from between 1874 and 1922. I am told this was situated three doors from Lady Wootton's Green. Looking at the picture above, I would say that this establishment was a casualty of WW2. Licensee Arthur Dobson is brother to Thomas Dobson of the "Two Bells." According to the notes found on the "Poem of Canterbury" document, the pub was called the "Ethlebert" prior to 1874.
