The house on the right of the picture, I believe was once considered to be a public house, but may have functioned as an off-licence at one time. I can however, remember a general stores being next door at number 68 as late as the 1980s.

If anyone should have further information regarding the above premises, please let me know and I'll add it to this page.

Jim Green, who pointed this one out to me as being a pub that never existed does go on the say: "It was intended to be a pub but after it had been built (about 1935) was never put into service as such."
