I have only found the one reference to this establishment at present and that was in the Licensing Records of 1872 where it was stated the premises held a Beer License and was owned by Frederick Jayes.

Further research has also found, in 1881, a beer house with the name of the "Tichbourne Arms" with the same address as this, however, at present I do not know whether the street had been renumbered and whether there is any connection between the two.
