Situated at Key Street, the pub closed, date unknown and is now (2014) an Indian restaurant.

I believe it was originally called the "Tanner's Arms" but date of change as yet unknown, but previously called the "British Queen" and changed name in 2000.

It has 2 small bars at the front and feels a bit gloomy on entry, but you soon get used to it and it starts to feel comfortable. Formerly a Style and Winch house, it was taken over by Courage who no longer own it.

Sold by Enterprise Inns in the autumn of 2017, it has again reopened as a public house.
