At the Marylebone Court, Mr G H Alderson of the "Bull Inn," Brasted, sued the Great Western Railway Company for damages to a motor car. It appeared that the last August the plaintiff's chauffeur drove the car from Euston to Brasted. Coming down Charing Cross Road, near the National Gallery, one of defendant's vans collided with the car.

Mr Frank Kember, motor car works, Brasted, said the actual cost of repair was £36 3s. He had repaired the car and had been paid the bill.
