SHOREHAM, KENT.
Desirable FREEHOLD BEER-HOUSE, House, Shop, Gardens, and Premises.
Messrs. E. E. & G. CRONK HAVE received instructions to SELL by AUCTION,
on Wednesday, June 13th, 1863, at the “Royal Crown Hotel,” Sevenoaks,
sale to commence at Three for Four o’clock precisely, in two lots.
Lot 1:— All that substantial brick and tile-built
FREEHOLD BEER-HOUSE,
with good accommodation for carrying on the business; a detached
washhouse and bakehouse, lodges and garden, now in the occupation of
Mr.
John Allchorne, at a nominal rent. It is situate in the centre of the
village of Shoreham, Kent.
This lot has a frontage to the street of 85ft., offering a good site for
the erection of more houses, which are much wanted in the village.
Lot 2:— A substantial brick and tiled FREEHOLD HOUSE and SHOP, with yard
and outbuildings, in the occupation of Mr. James Saker, at a low rent.
This lot adjoins lot 1.
