Joseph Drywood, from Cranbrooke, Worsted and Yarn Maker, in
Mill-Lane, Maidstone. Advertising his products, also continues that he
delivers the Kentish Gazette every Tuesday & Saturday, setting out from
his house or the "Bull."
While delivering the papers he calls at the following named
Public-Houses, to collect parcels & orders.

To be Sold by Auction, by Mr. Skinner and Co.
At the house of Mrs. Knight, known by the sign of the "George Inn," at Ightham,
in the county of Kent, on Wednesday the 18th day of February, 1795, between the
hours of two and four o'clock in the afternoon.
A Freeholder Estate, in one lot, the property of the late Mr. John Harrison,
deceased, at Ightham aforesaid.
Lot 1:- Consists of a convenient dwelling house, yard, and garden, pleasantly
situated at Ightham aforesaid, now in the tenure of Thomas Harrison, son of the
deceased.
Lot 2:- Advertised in our last paper, is disposed of by Private Contract.
Further particulars and information may be had by applying to Messrs. Knatchbull
and Neal, Linen-Drapers, in Gracechurch Street, London; Mr. Harrison, jun. who
will show, and is on the premises; or of the Auctioneer.
N.B. Ightham is 25 miles from London; 12 miles from Maidstone; and 5 from Seven
Oaks.
On Thursday the 19th, and the following days, at 10 o'clock, will be sold by
auction, on the premises, the household goods, and all other effects, which
consist of beds and furniture; four feather beds and bedding; bureaus, tables,
and chairs, kitchen and brewing furnitures and utensil; china and books; a
single horse chaise and harness, a light cart; one horse, two milch cows, with
variety of other effects, which will be sold with a reserve, the whole being to
be divided between five surviving heirs. Catalogues of which will be distributed
in due time, or may be had on the premises.
