This pub is very similar in looks to the "Lord Palmerston" of Deptford.

LICENSING SESSIONS. CROYDON.

Richard John Brown, of the "Lord Palmerston," Maple-road, Penge, applied for a license. Unopposed.

Application refused, on the ground that the house was not finished.

William Henry Ford, of the "Pawleyne Arms," Dulwich-road, Penge, also applied. Mr. Thompson opposed. Application refused, on the ground that the house was not finished.

At one stage of its existence I believe this was operating under the name of "O'Briens." Local knowledge required, please.

Closed in 2013 and now (2016) used as a Pizza fast food outlet.

The building was used in the comedy Sliced which was on U@Dave.
